Monday 10th May 2021 will forever be a sad day for shop owners at Kubwa Central Market, Abuja as men suspected to be cultist attacked a block of shops in the market.
According to reports, the gang came in their numbers adorning black berets and chanting songs while destroying and setting the shops ablaze.
Goods worth millions of Naira was destroyed and one life was lost.
This attack according to an eye witness was allegedly targeted at one of the shop owner Mr. Osula Desmond Saka who is also suspected to be a member of a rival gang currently at large as his name was repeated chanted.
Efforts to get the Kubwa Divisional Police Officer to speak on the matter has remain abortive.
