Terem Moffi played his fourth league of the season in Lorient’s 2-2 away draw against John Utaka’s former club, RC Lens and he earned his first assist of the season in the process.
Lorient went ahead for the first time in the game in the 35th minute through Thomas Monconduit from Moffi’s delectable pass. It was after Jonathan Clauss had put the home team ahead in the 24th minute before Lorient’s Armand Lauriente equalised three minutes later.
Lorient were hoping to hold on to the first half lead but they were undone in the 71st minute when Seko Fofana levelled proceedings for Lens.
Moffi has played four games and scored a goal. He has bagged an assist too as Lorient slid to the eighth spot with five points.
