The chairman of Imo State Football Association, Barr Ifeanyi Dike has congratulated Cosmos Chukwuemeka on his election as the chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) of the state chapter.
Dike extended the felicitations to the entire executive members of Imo SWAN and expressed confidence in their ability to steer the association to greater heights.
According to him, Chukwuemeka’s love for sports development in the state was an open secret even as he charged the association to raise the bar in sports through constructive contributions.
He expressed hopes that Chukwuemeka will bring his experience as a seasoned broadcaster to bear and help move sports to greater heights in the state.
Dike charged them to shun divisive tendencies and foster unity, togetherness, and improvement of sports and SWAN members.
The Football boss expressed readiness to partner with Chukwuemeka and Imo SWAN to move the leather game forward and help export the huge talents abound in the state.
Dike called on the members of SWAN to give their executives all the necessary support and move the association and sports forward.
