A total of 21 goals have been scored at the ongoing NLO Division One playoffs at the Ngor Okpala Centre after the conclusion of the two matchdays on Thursday this week.
There are further three matches to be played on Saturday with Udala FC facing Goddosky International FC; Adoration FC versus Enyimba Feeders and Rangers Feeders versus Lamray United FC.
Shedrack Charles of Goddosky International FC and Enyimba Feeders’ Emmanuel Godwin of with four goals each are topping the goals chart. Charles scored a hat-trick against Rangers Feeders and one versus Enyimba Feeders respectively while Godwin netted twice against Goddosky FC and got a goal each versus Udala FC and Rangers Feeders FC.
Charles and Godwin are closely followed by UdalaFC’s skipper, Onyedika Onuorah who has three goals from three games.
Chidera Pius of Lamray United FC who netted twice in their 3-1 win over Rangers Feeders but fired blanks in their goalless draw with Adoration FC.
There are 10 players with a goal each and are listed below. More goals are expected to be scored on Saturday with three more games to be decided. Matchday One recorded 13 goals but it dropped to eight on the second Matchday.
