Tsenba Wummen League Week 5 Preview: Jazzy Stars eye first win in U14; Yard FA, City Rollers seek first point in U16

After losing four matches in a bounce at the ongoing Under-16 category of the Tsenba Wummen League, the trio of City Rollers, Yard fc and Mabo Young Stars will be gunning for at least a draw today as they battle it out with SJC Lions, St. Monica and Royal Stars respectively as the league season enters Matchday Five across four venues today.

Yard FC having scored their first goal of the season against Jazzy Stars FA on Tuesday in a 2-1 defeat, will be motivated to go all out, but will have their hands full against a St. Monica FA side that are yet to drop a point in four matches.

Under-16 category log leaders, Mees Palace FA will hope to maintain their leadership at the top as they entertain 12th placed FC Sports.

In the U14 cadre, Mees Palace will have the chance to extend their lead at the top beyond goals difference when they face Young Champion this morning. Relentless FA who are breathing down the neck of the reigning champions are excused from the midweek fixtures with their tie with SJC Lions shifted to another day.

Jazzy Stars are yet to take off in the U14 category having lost all their matches till date. They will seeking their first points of the season when they lock horns with Light FC by 2pm. The team managed to score their first goal of the season in their last game. Can they win their first game of the season?
