Sports Stakeholders in Bauchi State have hailed Former Super Eagles player, Patrick Pascal over the renovation of the State Football Association House.
In separate interviews with former Director of Sports (Bauchi State), Haruna Bako and Tenimu Saidu applauded the Chairman of Bauchi State Football Association, Patrick Pascal for his contribution to the growth of football in the state.
Haruna Bako said Pascal has invested his resources (funds) and time in ensuring young players get the opportunity to play competition in the state.
The one-time Project Manager of the 2009 World Cup in charge of transportation said, “I am not surprised with the development we are seeing at the Bauchi FA House because the Chairman (ex-international) and conscious about sports is doing well and I believe he can do more.
“I think he is among the best FA Chairmen since the creation of the state because during his time, there are lot of chages, innovations and youth programs. He has changed the narratives of youth programs in the state since his arrival.
“As far as Bauchi stakeholders are concerned, we have not seen any better candidate and we hope he continues till he is tired and gives to another candidate. Pascal has spent a lot of time and resources on the game of football”.
Meanwhile Tenimu Saidu, Former Chairman Bauchi State Sports Council (2011-2015) revealed that Patrick Pascal has brought a lot of innovation to football in the state.
He said, “The refurbishment of the Bauchi State Football Association House by Patrick Pascal is laudable. He has done his best by ensuring the Bauchi FA House is given the best outfit. During my era, the house was not like this but you all can see the difference since he took over the mantle of leadership.
“I want his to continue as the Chairman of Bauchi State FA in order to bring more innovation. Pascal was my player; I knew him during his playing days; I know his capacity as an administrator. He has done credibly well and I want him to continue putting Bauchi on the map of the world”.
