Sammy Sports International (SSI) Premiership completed its Match day 1 matches on Thursday with alot of action, skills and dramatic goals put on display.
In the first match of the day, Ajester FA beat Red Arrows FA 4-0.
Sagiru Ibrahim got a brace in the 14th and 74th minutes, Chimezie Kali and Taofeek Bashir completed the rout in the 21st and 37th minutes respectively.
The second match of the day between Nestrac FA and Clapai FA also ended in goals fest as Nestrac FA overpowered Clapai FA 4-1.
Msughter Felix netted a brace in the 3rd and 26th minutes, while the duo of Jideofor Emma and Patrick Peter put the icing on the cake in the 76th and 79th minutes respectively.
Kofi Peter got the consolatory goal for Clapai FA in the 70th minute.
Jazzy Stars FA overcome Highland Stars in the battle of the stars.
Jazzy Stars FA won 2-1, with Dayo Olatunde and Martins Sunday getting the goals for the Galaxies, while Reuben Isa got the consolatory goal for Highland Stars FC.
Coach of Jazzy Stars FA Assistant coach, Isreal Oladayo after the match told journalists that the victory is very important and its a wedding gift to the Chief coach of Jazzy Stars, Caleb Theophilus who will be getting married tomorrow(Friday). We dedicate the victory to him.
It was a no victor no vanquished between J. Cadets FA and Super Stars FA, as the last match of the day ended in a 1-1 draw.
Victor Yunana put Cadets FA ahead in the 27th minute with a solo run before the hardworking Anas Ibrahim equalised for Super Stars almost immediately in the 30th minute.
