Nwachukwu hails Amara, Ogu supervisory role at Heartland FC

Following their immense contributions in the growth and uplifting of Heartland Football club, Promise Nwachukwu, the General Manager of the Naze Millionaires has described the duo of Rt. Hon Chyna Iwuanyanwu – Deputy Speaker Imo State House of Assembly and Hon. Dan Ogu- Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, as God’s sent to the Nigeria premiership club.

Nwachukwu disclosed this in his Dan Anyiam Stadium Complex office when he received in audience the Executive members of Imo State Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN.

Recall that Iwuanyanwu and Ogu are playing supervisory roles to the club just as the General Manager expressed happiness for their enormous financial contributions and assistance to the club, while commending Imo state government for their appointment.

He pointed out that on several occasions the supervisors had displayed capacity and encouragement by personally footing the bills incurred or needed by the club in executing some of her matches.

Nwachukwu paid special tribute to the Governor of the state Senator Hope Uzodimma for appointing them to oversee the affairs of the club and to ensure that the winning sprees of the club is restored.

The Manager disclosed that the state as it stand today has a rebranded club that is capable of winning laurels for the state in the next NPL season and other national and international tournaments giving the calibre of serious minded young players they recently recruited.

He stated his resolve to partiner effectively with the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN in the state to ensure positive reportage of the activities while advising the association on the need to continue to project the club in good light.
