The stage is set for first Quarter-final of the NSM/Walin Kakuri Ramadan Cup after FC Court and YMCA FC completed the last two slots at the end of the first round games.
FC Court trounced Rubin Kazan 3-0 in the game decided today at the Government
The eight teams in the last eight are Zebra FC, Kakuri United, FC Porto, Zifa FC, Kakuri All Stars, Future Eagles, FC Court, and YMCA FC.
The first Quarter-final holds Saturday April 24th at the Government Secondary School, Kakuri, Kaduna State between Zebra FC and FC Porto.
The second Quarter-final comes up on Sunday, April 25th as Kakuri United lock horns with Kakuri All Stars. Future Eagles trade tackles with Zifa FC in the third Quarter-final on May 1st while FC Court battle best loser, YMCA FC on May 2nd in the last Quarter-final tie.
The annual football competition which in its fifth edition is aimed at fostering peace, friendship, and unity among the good people of Kakuri and it is solely sponsored by the Walin Kakuri, Sani Abdullahi while the owner of Bet9ja, Kunle Soname, Business mogul, Bukola Olopade, 36 Lion President, Hajj Liameed Gafar and a few others have identified with the competition this year.
The competition is due to end on Thursday, May 13th, 2021 with the grand finale.
