*Asks for immediate 3pts Deduction and Heavy Sanctions On 3SC

Our attention has been drawn to a very ugly incident that took place on Wednesday June 1st, in Ibadan, the Oyo state Capital involving our member, Tobi Adepoju Samuel.

In an NPFL matchday 31 fixture between 3SC of Ibadan and Remo stars of Ogun state at the Lekan Salami stadium in Ibadan, our respectable and responsible multimedia journalist, was attacked, molested and ridiculed by the home fans who claimed that he was in Ibadan on a special assignment sponsored by enemies of the club.

In a statement this Thursday, the multimedia journalists have demanded total justice for its member with perpetrators of this evil act brought to the books and a compensation paid to Tobi Adepoju for damages.

The multimedia journalists have also asked the League Management Company, LMC to ensure banishment of Shooting Stars away from Ibadan and a further 3pts deduction with fines.

We also request that a letter of apology be sent to the family of Tobi Adepoju by Shooting Stars Sports Club before the close of work on Friday June 3.

Failure to do this will incur the wrath of the Sporting Media as we will be left with no other option but to declare total media backlash on 3SC Football Club of Ibadan and the Government of Oyo State.

The group sympathize with Tobi and his family, urging members to be vigilant when covering the NPFL whilst staying clear of venues they have an idea of a potential attack.
