Club Owners greet Football stakeholders @ Eid-el-Fitr celebration

The Football Club Owners Association of Nigeria (Club Owners) has urged the Football stakeholders in Nigeria to continue to pray and keep strong faith with the Football system in Nigeria as they mark the eid- el- fitr celebration to end the Ramadan fast. 

In a Sallah message jointly  signed by the chairman Barr. Isaac Danladi and the Executive Secretary Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka,  the Association enjoined Muslim faithfuls to offer special prayers for Football in Nigeria to bounce back better in the aftermath of the Covid-19 global  health challenges. 

Club Owners said Nigeria is one of the Football destinations of the world , therefore stakeholders must keep faith and support the system to excel and eschew toxic acts capable of undermining the achievements recorded so far as well as the respect accorded to Nigeria by the global Football community. 

It described the present challenges as temporary set back and commended the clubs and other stakeholders for their sacrifices in keeping the League running.

The Association congratulated the Muslims faithfuls for a successful completion of the Ramadan fast and wished them a joyful Sallah celebration.
