Former Enugu Rangers winger, Ibrahim Olawoyin was the star performer Saturday afternoon for Ankara Keciorengucu after he bagged a goal and had an assist in their 2-0 win at Aktepe Stadi, Ankara against Denizlispor in a Turkish First Lig tie.
Olawoyin was a constant thorn in the flesh of the defence of Denizlispor almost throughout the game and it was no surprise he supplied the pass for Rashad Muhammed’s opener in the 38th minute for the striker’s seventh league goal of the campaign from 12 games. It was Olawoyin’s seventh assist of the season.
The skillful winger capped a commendable performance with the second goal of the game in the 58th minute to seal the maximum points for his team and also a return to winning ways after the 2-1 loss to Goztepe a few days ago.

His last goal before Saturday’s was on September 4th this year in their 2-1 home win over Sakaryaspor but he has most times contributed with assists. It is no wonder he is atop the Assist table in the league with seven.
