Nigerian American Football Association Qualifiers: Keke High School, Ikeja Senior Secondary School earn first wins

The Nigerian American Football Association kicked off the qualifiers for the league on Monday with Ikeja Senior Grammar School, Keke High School starting the tournament with wins at the Dairy Farm Centre in Agege, Lagos.

In the opening game of the centre, Dairy Farm were held to a goalless draw by much more determined Keke High School while Abibat Mogaji Millennium Senior Secondary School was beaten 6-0 by ruthless Ikeja Senior Grammar School.

Keke High School recorded their first win in the second game after they thrashed Girls Senior High School, Agege 2-0.

About 40 secondary schools are taken part in the tournament aimed at developing and popularizing American football at the grassroots.
